Training of Elections
Observers |
Lesotho Council of NGOs
has organized a one day training of trainers for observers at
Transformation Resource Centre 06 February, 2006.
The purpose of the workshop is to train the team of trainers that
will conduct a training of about 350 Elections Observers during to
the Lesotho 2007 General election on February 17th, 2006.
Trainers at the training will be drawn from civil society. This
training of trainers is part of the larger programme of LCN on the
election towards 2007 election. The programme comprises observation
of registration, Voter education, review of electoral material, and
the observation of the process towards and during the 2007 general
election. |
