Rural Self-help
Development Association (RSDA) will hold Farmer’s Field Day to be
held in Mafeteng at RSDA project area on the 08 March 2006.
The objective of the event is to see and share experiences about
conservation agriculture technologies on the demonstration sites and
get farmer’s views on the performance of conservation and legume
technologies on on-farm trials.
RSDA is a locally initiated NGO, committed to reducing hunger and
improving the livelihoods of the rural households. RSDA is promoting
conservation farming and legume technology under the project on
“strengthening HIV/AIDS and Food Security Mitigating Mechanisms
among Smallholder Farmers” supported by SIDA (Swedish International
Development Agency) through GART (Golden Valley Agricultural
Research Trust in Zambia) |
