Discussions/Forum
In 19th June 2007 the governments of Lesotho and South Africa signed the agreement on the facilitation of cross boarder movement of citizens for both countries to and from among the two countries. The 2007 agreement emanates from the April 2001- Joined Bilateral Commission of Cooperation (JBCC) equally signed by the countries’ heads of government. Do you think the implementation of this agreement is long overdue to ease movement of the citizens of the two countries that are so both geographically and socio-economically closely-knitted?
