1. Data Collection Form

It should entail amongst the following:

Access to information for the visually impaired persons, that is, whether or not the brailed material are available, infrastructure – roads and buildings
Access to education and employment

Data from the forms will be analysed, conclusions will be drawn and recommendations will be made thereof to the relevant bodies.
